EV4 Vision System
Advanced vision technology for fuse box inspection. EV4 identifies components via direct reference or KSK wiring and uses multi-illumination systems for precise image analysis. All test data is recorded for full traceability and review. In the software interface, every detected deviation is clearly highlighted, allowing operators to see exactly what is incorrect and where corrective action is needed.
The additional CHT accessory measures component height with exceptional precision in minimal test time.

The compact hardware adapts to any fuse box size and can be used as a standalone solution or in combination with the EV4 Vision system. The graphic software environment offers dedicated applications for editing and testing, supports fast calibration, and links all measurement data with visual inspection results.
