Overview

The Harness Electrical Test Open System (HETOS) is a test system primarily designed for the electrical testing of wiring harnesses. A key system characteristic is the ability to support multiple terminals (also referred to as displays) within a single test environment.

Parallel Test Terminals

The system supports multiple test terminals on a single test board. Each terminal displays errors located in proximity to that terminal, enabling multiple operators to work simultaneously on error correction.

AI-supported software functions assist this process and ensure that operators are not affected by connector handling performed at other terminals.

All terminals are connected via a LAN network and operate autonomously, synchronizing data with the central server when required.
