Presence Test

Overview

The Presence Test is a complete solution for clip presence verification. It enables the test board to be divided into multiple areas, with each area assigned to a specific workstation or operator. The system supports operation with both wired fixtures and RF fixtures (wireless detection systems).

Test Software

The test software supports simultaneous operation by multiple operators. Each operator is assigned a dedicated area on the display, showing task-specific instructions. During standard operation, the software indicates the next clip to be inserted. The system is fully integrated with HETOS.

Supported functions include:

• Use of multiple monitors with configurable screen subdivisions
• Full process information displayed on screen
• Visualization of detection points and their current status
• Display of the current status of each clip on the test board
• Additional information displayed above the clip image
• Fully translatable operator texts
• Freely configurable colour settings

Editions

The software is based on current technology and enables fast and efficient editing of the test database.

Editing and configuration functions include:

• Direct connection to the test rack for verification of programmed and detection points using a single probe contact
• Drag-and-drop assignment of clips to individual operators
• Export and import of the test database in Excel format
• Editing of the database in Excel with subsequent re-import

Multi-Display Software

The Presence Test software supports multi-display operation for parallel workflows and clear task separation across multiple operators.
