All our business acvies are guided by the principle of integrity. In order to guarantee this, the Kufferath Group has drawn up binding conduct guidelines for all employees, which are summarized in this Code of Conduct.
The reputaon of our company is significantly influenced by the acons and behavior of each individual employee. Even the misconduct of a single employee can cause considerable damage to the company. This Code of Conduct serves as a guideline for making the right decisions in professional life and for disnguishing the Kufferath Group as a partner of integrity, both internally and in dealings with customers, competors, supervisory authories and government agencies. Compliance with these rules of conduct is of the utmost importance.

Unser gesamtes unternehmerisches Handeln ist von dem Prinzip der Integrität geleitet. Um diese zu gewährleisten, hat die Kufferath-Gruppe verbindliche Verhaltensrichtlinien für alle Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen aufgestellt, die in diesem Verhaltenskodex zusammengefasst sind.

Den gut 70 Zuhörern stellte Michael Gröh, Geschäftsführer der Kufferath GmbH am Donnerstag, 19. September, im ENNI Sportpark Rheinkamp das weltweit agierende Unternehmen vor, dessen Kerngeschäft die Fertigung von Prüftechnik für die Automobilindustrie ist. Every 18 months, the World Jour Fixe brings together the managing directors of all major foreign companies with the management of the headquarters of the Kufferath Group.
